Twix Cookies

These cookies are one of the best ways to spice a boring old sugar cookie up!  I made up this recipe at work one day and went to the store right after to buy the ingredients.  I'm making another batch today because they are so so good! Now without further a-do here is the cast of our recipe:

1 package of sugar cookie mix

1 egg

1 stick of softened butter

6-8 fun size twix bars

Pour sugar cookie mix into big bowl (or any size bowl)

Add one egg...

And the butter

If your butter has been in the refrigerator microwave for 15-20 seconds

Cut twix bars into bite size pieces

This is about 6 twix bars

Mix dough until it is almost all the way mixed and then....

Add the fabulous ingredient!

Mix again to incorporate all the twix pieces and then form into balls like....

THIS! Place this in a 375 degree oven for about 11-13 minutes...the package says different but these are how long I cooked mine and they turned out like....

THIS! Beautiful! But they tasted even better
